Students who live a reasonable distance away may cycle or scooter to school and are expected to abide by all traffic rules.

  • An approved helmet must be worn by students cycling and scootering to school.
  • The school provides a bike rack but cannot be responsible for the safety of bicycles. It is recommended that students secure their bikes and scooters with appropriate locks.   No electric scooters due to lack of appropriate storage. 
  • Bikes and scooters must be walked to and from the pedestrian crossing and along the footpath outside Farm Cove and Wakaaranga schools.
  • Students crossing Butley Drive must use the pedestrian crossing.
  • Parents can drop students off in the bus bay.  Students should not be dropped off in the staff carpark.  
  • Students failing to comply with basic Road Code rules may be banned from bringing bicycles and scooters to school.
